Whether you are an insane and evil genius, or you’re just good at sounding like one, bring us your most enthralling, your most unusual, your most delightful, your most wonderfully disturbing crazed laughter! Compete against other experts, at the art of mad mirth!

(Well, “expert” may be a bit strong. This contest is open to all. In fact, while we seldom tell madpersons what to do, it’s entirely likely that the judges will create a few extra categories of victory depending on who decides to attend. Whilst we’ve seen some years where the judges do the traditional, “First Place, Second Place, Mysterious Disappearance Of All Other Participants” we’ve also seen the judges get creative. “Best Harrowing Shriek By A Hyperactive 6-Year-Old” stands out in one’s memory, for starters.)
