Pierce Logan runs QWERT Poetry, a custom typewriter commissions experience for public and private events; he is also an all-around writer. Pierce self-published two poetry collections, Oblong and Bedrock; one poetry collection of typewritten requested poems for other people, QWERT Poetry’s Favorite Requests, Volume I; and an epic poem, “HOUSE OF PAIN”.
Publications by the author include poetry in New Jersey Bards Poetry Review, FATHERFATHER Magazine, SOUP CAN Magazine, Writer’s Pocket, Free The Verse Poetry Magazine, and poetry and a short story in The Spectre Literary Review Magazine. Pierce worked with the Hoboken Historical Museum on a project called From a Yuppie’s Typewriter, rooted in Hoboken’s ‘yuppie’ history. Currently, QWERT Poetry is offering “Type-Ins” for the community to use manual vintage typewriters to create their own work.
